If you have already been assessed and treated in clinic and have commenced a management plan, but require a little more advice or clarification along the way (more so than a quick 'yes that's it' or 'no, try this instead'), a further administration fee is indicated.

Any administration required as a result of the e-consultation will incur additional fee/s. For example, a referral to the NHS or GP letter is £15.00.

If you arrange a virtual follow-up but Felicity feels your issue requires in-person input, the £15 is redeemable against an in-clinic appointment.
