Medical Insurance & Cash Plans

I do not accept insurance patients, unless you are paying for your appointment or procedure and billing your insurer directly

I can provide you with a detailed receipt so you may submit a claim (this must be completed within the appointment time to avoid an additional administration fee), or I am happy to fill out cash plan paperwork if you bring this to your appointment (please allow time for this when booking as it must be completed within your appointment).
